The President shall supervise all activities of the club and the work of the officers and the Board. The President is the only officer who must serve on the Board and shall serve as the chair. The Club Registrar manages and oversees all aspects of the registration and team creation process for the recreational soccer programs including Tiger Paws, Tiger Cubs, Passers and the older teams that play SAY soccer with other communities. This job is critical to the successful operation of the soccer program. The Club Registrar is the ‘face’ of Loveland soccer to the families and coaches who participate each season. Each season from 600 to 700 youth play soccer through these programs.
One of the main duties of the Club Registrar involves developing and preparing team lists, which requires a sound understanding of Penrith Junior Rugby League Rules and Regulations. Suggested Duties 1. Plan sign-on days at commencement of season. 2. Obtain all relevant particulars of players wishing to play for the Club. 3. Obtain photographs for each new player and current players requiring new photographs. 4.
He/she will: • Be a member of the committee and contribute to policy creation. • Act as chairman of the committee in the absence of the chairman. • Provide advice and assistance to any of the officers of the committee as required. • Provide liaison and communication between the various sections of the club.
